Grants

Gap grants are flexible funds aimed at expanding the spectrum of transportation services and resources for a growing senior and disabled population. These grants, which are between $10,000 and $500,000, can be used for any special transportation purposes, especially those that make paratransit available to all eligible patrons, regardless of location. ACTIA’s Paratransit Planning and Advisory Committee is charged with soliciting and reviewing applications and making recommendations for Gap grant awards on a 2-year funding cycle.
