Executive Director Recruitment

The Alameda County Congestion Management Agency and the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Director to lead the newly formed Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC).

The recruitment firm Roberts Consulting Group Inc. is assisting in the selection of an Executive Director for a proposed new Joint Powers Authority (JPA) that will result from a new joint powers agreement to create the ACTC. This new commission will generally have the powers of a congestion management agency and of ACTIA. The goal is to achieve the necessary approvals for the new JPA by July, with ACTC launching in September of this year.
