First Alameda CTC Meeting

The Alameda County Transportation Commission held its first meeting on July 22, 2010, at 2:30 p.m. at the ACTIA Offices in Oakland, Calif. The Commission elected its Chair, Mayor Mark Green, Union City, and Vice‐Chair, Supervisor Scott Haggerty.

CWC 8th Annual Report to the Public

The Citizens Watchdog Committee (CWC) is pleased to release its 8th Annual Report to the Public. Since 2002, the CWC has been meeting to review all expenditures on Measure B funds as required by the voter-approved Measure B 2000 Expenditure Plan. Each year, the CWC scrutinizes all Measure B expenditures and reports directly to the public on its findings.

East Bay Greenway Project RFP 10-01

The Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants with expertise in bike and pedestrian facilities for engineering, environmental clearance and implementation strategies for the East Bay Greenway Project. ACTIA anticipates commencing services in August 2010.
