Signage
Every ACTIA project or program sponsor is required to publicly identify the
improvements as a benefit of the Measure B sales tax program. Presented here,
as downloadable EPS graphics files, are designs for signs suitable for a variety
of projects and programs that sponsoring agencies can use to manufacture all the
signs required.
How to Create Measure B Project Signs
These files are primarily intended for professional use. Click on the graphic
of the sign you wish to download. (Mac users will need to click on the word
"Mac.") Your sign shop should be able to customize the file to your needs, by
adding your local agency logo and a specific project name, as desired.
The colors used on all the outdoor signs are basic Pantone reflex blue and
black on a white background, unless otherwise noted. The aspect ratio on all the
outdoor project signs is 3x4. You can scale it to any size appropriate to your
project - the bigger the better!
The key to this requirement is VISIBILITY. Your project signage is intended to clearly and easily identify your project to the public, demonstrating first hand the exact benefits provided by Measure B sales tax revenues.
PLEASE NOTE: These are vector-based files.
You must have Adobe Illustrator, or another vector-based graphic design program
to manipulate them.
For those signs designed to be rendered on paper - specifically cards for
display on buses, trains, ferries and paratransit vehicles, we have added a
PDF version, intended to be printed on an 8 1/2" by 14" legal-size sheet, if
other files cannot be used.
