Bicycle and Pedestrian Committees and Working Groups
ACTIA Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committe The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC), established in 2003, is one of the four community advisory committees at ACTIA. Consisting of eleven members, each member is appointed by an ACTIA Board member for a two-year term. The BPAC meets as needed, usually on the second Thursday of the month, six to eight times per year. See more information about the BPAC, including meeting dates, agenda packets, current members and membership application.
Pedestrian and Bicycle Working Group The Pedestrian and Bicycle Working Group (PBWG) was created in 2007 to improve the walking and biking environment for everyone in Alameda County, by having a regular, ongoing forum for public agency and non-profit staff whose work impacts the bicycle and pedestrian environment. The group meets four times per year to provide input on ACTIA programs and plans and to share information and best practices. Other ACTA/ACTIA Board and Committee Meetings
