Project Description:
This project will improve operations and provide congestion relief along Mission Boulevard, Foothill Boulevard and Jackson Street in the City of Hayward. The project concept was developed by Hayward in conjunction with the Route 238 Working Group, comprised of representatives of the community, advocacy groups, the business community and California State University East Bay.
