Project Description:
The project involves improving access between Washington Avenue and I- 880. The initial phase improvements include widening the southbound I-880 on-ramp, modifying the signals along Washington Avenue at Beatrice Street and Fargo Avenue, and widening northbound Washington Avenue to accommodate increased turning movements.
