Project Description:
The project involves extending Scarlett Drive to provide a link for transit vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians between the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station and Dougherty Road via existing Alameda County and Union Pacific Railroad (UPPR) rights-of-way (ROW).
